Hello, my name is Doris Neff. I lead the dance offensive in Nettersheim in North Rhine-Westphalia, those since 2009 is at home in the municipality of Nettersheim. Over the years, the dance offensive has become firmly integrated into the cultural life of Nettersheim through numerous dance, theater and musical performances. At the end of 2014, Tanzoffensive Berlin opened its doors, which I have also managed since that time.
Teaching and passing on the art of dance to children, young people and adults is not just a job for me. Dance and theater is and always has been my passion - my calling ;)
My life is all about dance and theater.
I am married with 3 children and of course a husband. My children are grown and all active in the art industry in Berlin. My husband supports the Tanzoffensive in technical matters, is our sound engineer, editor and always a good advisor.
When I'm not standing in the ballet hall teaching my students how to dance, sing or act, I'm most likely sitting on the ICE train to Berlin or Cologne. A connection of the art of big city and country life has always been a goal of mine.
Every year we go with school groups from Nettersheim to the SUMMER ACADEMY DES TANZES in Berlin, but we also travel with the Berlin schoolchildren to the beautiful Eifel in Nettersheim, to the annual OSTER TANZWECHEN to experience art in nature. It's not for nothing that the village of Nettersheim is called: nature adventure village.
I teach ballet, jazz dance, step dance, acting and Musical.
I completed my training as a dancer and dance teacher in Cologne, at the Else Lang School. After that I danced in several independent companies and very quickly decided to teach "others" how to dance. In addition to my work as a lecturer, I also completed an apprenticeship as a theater teacher. I enjoy working with children, I love dancing through the hall with my girls and women, in acting classes and singing rehearsals I keep discovering new skills in my students and hidden talents. I look forward to every day, to every lesson, that I can work with my students and try to encourage and bring out their potential and convey to them the enthusiasm that I have for dance, singing and acting.

Tim began his training at the state ballet school in Berlin and continued his studies at the Zurich Dance Academy. In 2016, Tim danced with the Queensland Ballet in Australia under the artistic direction of Li Cunxin.
In 2017 Tim returned to Berlin and began his training as a ballet teacher at Tanzoffensive Berlin. Since 2018 engagements have followed as a guest dancer at the Theater Magdeburg, the Deutsche Oper Berlin and the Opera de Montecarlo in Monaco.
Since 2018 Tim has been a guest ballet master, working for leading ballet companies, among others the opera ballet of the Deutsche Oper Berlin, the Friedrichstadtpalast Berlin, the Staatstheater Hannover, the Aterballetto in Italy, the ballet of the Leipzig Opera and the Gärtnerplatz Theater in Munich.
At the Tanzoffensive Berlin Tim teaches in the areas of early dance education, children's ballet and ballet for beginners to advanced. He is a regular guest lecturer in the Tanzoffensive in Nettersheim.
